Losing My Religion: Law & Gospel
The law can be a mystery to us. What is it all about? What can we learn from it? How are we to understand it? And why is Christ better? The Bible is clear that the law was a "shadow of things to come." During this series we will look at the law, discuss why it was merely a shadow, how it is good, and why the gospel is better!

This is what we are all about. We are trying to create disciples of Jesus Christ. Discipleship must be centered on the gospel and involves learning the truth, growing in righteousness, experiencing community, and fulfilling the mission. This is the foundation of everything we do in SCBC Student Ministry.

Redemption
Christmas is more then fat dudes in suits, midgets with pointy ears, oversized deer and getting a bunch of stuff. Human art and expression displays how humanity has a deep longing and desire for something deeper then a present wrapped in a bow and a candy cane. All of humanity is screaming for redemption, come and search with us for the source of this longing and the remedy.

Street Preachers
If there is one group of people thatAmericans can all agree to hate it is street preachers. People who areseen yelling on the side of the street are immediately labeled asangry, offensive, and judgmental. This series will take a look at theoriginal street preachers who shouted down soldiers, kings, emperors,and entire nations.
